In addition, a dosage effect was observed with higher levels of intracellular COL4A1 accumulation detected in homozygous mutants (MLR10Cre;Col4a1Flex41/Flex41) compared with heterozygous mutants (MLR10Cre;Col4a1+/Flex41) (K compared with L).
